One of the major things that stood out to me when I first began working with Dinneen was her understanding that the path to health for each individual varies.
She provided me with the tools to begin making changes in my diet and exercise with consideration to my busy school and work schedule. She always had a solution to any problem I had whether it was my needing phytoplankton for memorization, or replacing my ritualized “need for a glass of wine” instead with a lavender-infused self-massage. I would her send weekly updates and this kept my health decisions in check - I don't think I've ever worked with anybody so attentive and caring. In addition to making healthy choices Dinneen taught me that it is just as important to feel rewarded and happy with oneself along each step of the way.
